"Good location if you want to travel to the art and riverside. Not nearby the city center. U got to have the Line apps before checkin which is not very convenient. But, the staff is very friendly. It really needs to have more accessible communication services. Like sending the checkin password 2 days beforehand. I was standing in front of the door for nearly 20 mins. "

"A nice and quiet hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They even arranged to check us in when we arrive earlier than the usual check in time. The hotel also provides free yummy snacks, tea and coffee in the afternoon. "

"The room is acceptable for the price, surrounsing area is close (15min walk) to "love river" and "hamasen". The location isnt very touristy, but the close proximity to food and other locations are great addition."

"Spacious room with two big beds for 3 people. Cleaning and front desk staff are fery friendlya nd helpful. Daily bottled water supply was a big pleasant surprise, plus an onsite coin-operated laundry. Location is excellent!!!"
