"Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming...

"Room was spacious as described, well appointed with two windows overlooking the water. Location was perfect for walking, shopping, eating. It's an older hotel but has been kept up. Had seen it last time we had a cruise tour there, which was the reason we close it for this trip."

Ideal location.
"Hotel was ideal for visiting Honfleur.
Plenty of parking and a short 15 minute walk to the old harbour.
Breakfast was superb.
The only downside for me was our room was at the front and I did not sleep well due to traffic noise. I am sure rooms at the rear would be quieter."
