"Lovely loft, great view, attention to all the extra details was great, high quality towels and linens, very clean, Debbie was so kind and thoughtful. Location was perfect for short drive to waterfall hikes to Linville falls (north) and Tom’s Creek falls (south). "

"Lovely clean home. So quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. NOTE: There is still lots of damage around the neighborhood from Hurricane Helene. Some issues with construction and damaged roads. As of our visit, the roads in the neighborhood is not suitable for sports car or car that is low to the ground. "

"We enjoyed staying at this property over the holiday - good location for going between Boone and the lake. Beautiful view. Bunk room was a little odd, but the bed on the landing was helpful. Drive from road was good and short with some steep incline (but paved). "

"We just spent the weekend at Linville on a Lark and it was the best few days! The house is very nice and the most well stocked that I’ve ever stayed in. Siobhan, our host, was very quick to respond and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The kids enjoyed the game room and movie theater so much. The location is perfect and being in a gated community made us feel very safe. And the view….well, it was fabulous! "
