"Check in was terrible. We didn’t get our room until 430 even though it was ready much earlier. They forgot to text us. The hot tub was out of service when we arrived and then the 5th floor with fire pits was sectioned off. Lovely property and location but not worth the cost. "

"Housekeeping, needs to make sure that their shampoo and conditioner and soap and lotion and all their supplies are full every time they leave a room because ours wasn’t full and the front desk didn’t know where to get it from so we had to go buy our own"

"Fifth or sixth time we’ve stayed here over the years. The setting cannot be beat for the serenity and beauty. Much more relaxed than Santa Cruz and Capitola.. First time in the ocean view with the spa tub room. I think I would do that again largely because of the ocean view. That said if you stay in a ground floor unit the noise from above can be pretty annoying"
