"Honestly only thing I would change is the very parking situation when you first get there. If you are driving into Vancouver and need parking, they do offer gated paid parking that does feel far more secure than the paid parking right next to the hotel itself, but you do have to go and check in first to get the pass. And to do that, you either have to find space to pull up outside the hotel, which there isn’t always space available (there wasn’t in our case), or park and pay in the one right next to it for the least amount of time, so you can offload your bags/suitcases and then drive round the corner to park at their gated paid parking. Or you’ll have to do what we ended up doing which was figuring all that out in the moment and then lugging 4 suitcases from the gated parking round the corner all the way to the hotel. To be fair, that is literally the only thing I’d change. We stayed in two different rooms and I would definitely recommend the king room over the standard Queen. Especially when travelling with luggage and needing extra space. And the king room has a mini fridge which I in particular really appreciate in rooms. The staff were all wonderful. Rooms were all clean and well kept. Location is pretty good. Would definitely book here again if I ever went back to Vancouver! Thanks so much for a great stay!"

"First time visit, taxi from airport, no airport shuttle. Check in was easy, people were nice,room was clean with a good layout, with amenities including wifi. Convenient on site restaurant. No complaints as room appeared to be recently refreshed. Great beds and pillows. 20 minutes from port and they have a port shuttle service that you can sign up for. Great first time experience. Good complimentary breakfast."

"The location and service were excellent . The rooms were dated and in need of an update however I understand that is underway and unfortunately the hot tub jets weren’t working during our visit which would have been very nice after a ton of walking. I can’t speak highly enough of the service, it was fantastic! Would definitely stay again, the location was perfect for the activities we had planned."
