"This is a nice hotel overall. My only complaint is that by the time you add in taxes fees and parking, you are paying $500 CAN for a room that you cannot even use the mini fridge in. The fridge was completely full of overpriced snacks and drinks ($8 for a small bottle of water etc) and a note stated not to remove any items to free up space. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying that kind of money for a fairly basic hotel room, I'd better be able to utilize the mini fridge. The restaurant is nice, but again, incredibly expensive for what you get. Also no balcony or windows that open to get fresh air; I found that strange."

"This hotel has a tired look but is reasonably priced & close to all downtown sights. Bed was a double bed but comfy. Being downtown, a little noisey at night. TV had a good range of channels."

"The beds are super comfy, great pillows! The staff friendly and helpful! The only problem is the elevator a was a slow created traffic and was in a squishy area! Loved how close it was to Roger’s arena and how easy parking was! Will highly recommend to others."
