I loved staying at this hotel! Incredible customer service, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Helpful and friendly staff! Wonderful breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to most of the sites in Lisbon.

６泊させていただきました。歴史を感じさせる建物で立地も最高でした。朝食は評判通り６泊したにもかかわず内容はすばらしく、毎日美味しくいただけました。これまで世界の色々なホテルを宿泊しましたが、本当にレベルが高い朝食でした。しかしながら、シャワーが使いずらく、アメニティもやや難ありでした。クローゼットも建具が古く扉もなかなか閉じず、カーテンの開閉もやや難ありでした。また、五つ星ホテルの割にモーニングコールの対応は粗雑でコンシュルジュの方は一人だけ対応がいまいちでした。一般的な５つ星ホテルと比較するとこの点では劣る気がします。しかしながら、リスボンにまた旅行する機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。

Gorgeous restored classic belle epoque hotel..like a palace. Downside is two dangerous floor level stepoffs in lobby. I saw two people fall same day and I almost did. So be aware of that

This is a classic 1900s hotel, once at the terminal of the major train station in Lisbon. No trains anymore but very much old school. Beautiful bar and central sitting area. Betsy breakfast, good sandwiches at the bar for late and tired arrivals. Very Enlish freckle. Superb concierge. Only drawback was the 1970s bathrooms in our our room. But efverything worked, just a whittle small. Considering the historic nature of the hotel, it is unerstandable. We loved it,

The staff was very helpful. Paolo was very nice to help us with a day trip. The cleaning staff were very good having the room clean. Breakfast room was amazing. Having breakfast in a palace makes you feel like a royal. Bar area looks like great.

While they did allow only a slightly earlier check in, really everything else was wonderful. The breakfast was superb. The view from our room was unbeatable and the air conditioning was stupendous. Staff was super helpful. Great location. Can not be beat really

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is very close to the middle of town (walkable to everything), has AC (necessary in Portugal), has car parking in front of the hotel and has a staff that is there for your every need. The buffet is excellent and we received small "gifts" every night! Definitely fantastic!

Our stay at this magnificent Lisbon hotel perfectly combines old world charm with seamless modern convenience. Finding a city center hotel that checks all the boxes is rare, but this property exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Situated at the end of the Av. Da Liberdade, it was incredibly easy to step outside and explore many of the sprawling city’s main sights. A massive bonus for a city center property was the stress free, included parking, making day trips with a car a seamless experience. The hotel is visually spectacular, featuring antique furniture and classic architectural details that feel grand yet welcoming. Our room was surprisingly large, featuring a distinct, separate living area that gave plenty of space to spread out and relax in comfort (or separate ourselves from the kids if we had brought them along). The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, always ready to support any request or provide a recommendation. Mornings began with a fantastic, included breakfast spread in a beautiful dining area. Evenings offered live music in the bar to unwind after a day of sightseeing. This is an absolute gem for anyone seeking a classic, luxurious experience without sacrificing practical amenities.

Room was nice and cold. Staff were great and the location was excellent. Short walk opposite from the beach to cool local neighborhoods while still being close enough to the tourist attractions. Having the train station attached to the hotel was perfect for getting to and from Sintra. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in a central location. We stayed in a room that faced the street and never had an issue with noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of options with sweet and savvy and hot and cold items, including a variety of beverage options. Location was very walkable, felt safe day and night and centrally located to so many restaurants. We would highly recommend!
