Beachfront Home Casa da Nau

The Beachfront Villa Casa da Nau is a beautiful property overlooking the ocean.
This oversized house is located in front of Praia Grande, one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire Lisbon region, great for relaxing to the sound of the waves, sunbathing by the sea and even learning and practicing surfing or other water sports.
All rooms are excellent in size and have plenty of natural light, as well as stunning views of the mountains, the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
The house has high quality finishes and equipment, ideal to receive guests in the best conditions.
The Serra de Sintra, which is very close to the house, is excellent for those who like hiking in the middle of nature!
The property has a garden and a parking space for 4 cars.

We loved our week here. Very spacious, gorgeous views, very well equipped, beautiful place, close to beach and handful of nice restaurants. Check in and out super easy. Family of four kids, four adults and one grandma and we all loved it!

The location was spot on from the listing and fully met our expectations. The area was convenient to the local beach and Sintra, as well as close enough to Lisbon for city activities. The main living area had a nice layout for a large group and the extra large kitchen table was perfect for evening gathering. However, there were items that were not expected and a dis-satisfier. We thought we had the house to ourselves and to our surprise there was a family living above with a dog and baby which could be heard at all hours. The original pictures showed a balcony that included outside access and seating none of which were available to us. Also, the basement level had bugs and ants throughout our whole stay. We tried to clean but they kept reappearing. And, the beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable for everyone. Overall, while we had a great visit to the area the listing did not accurately reflect what we experienced and as a result we would give a lower rating.
