Room was lovely very clean, cleaners in everyday, balcony & little kitchenette. Staff wonderful very helpful, lovely breakfast everything you needed hot food, cold meats, fruit & cereal. Hotel in itself was lovely. & spotless will recommend to family & friends who may wish to holiday in Portugal and we would like to return sometime 🙂

Rooms are a bit dated but the fridge stove and microwave are great to have. Bathroom also dated and really small. The bathtub shower combo leaks, Balcony doors and balcony are lovely. Beds are extremely firm and two single beds pushed together isn’t a proper queen or king bed. Breakfast was a nice feature of the stay, but it was the same every morning. The fresh fruit was great, but there could have been more variety with the hot options of eggs and shredded ham/sausage combo that was the same everyday. Pastries were store bought and also the exact same every day. Variety would have been nice. No pastel de Natas served in Portugal for breakfast, very odd. Sushi restaurant in the hotel only open once a week. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Really liked having the hotel arranging a driver for airport pickup and drop off. Hotel pool area was nice with the fountain and variety of loungers and umbrellas. The pool water was a bit chilly.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Estoril and Monte Estoril train stations, making it easy to travel to Lisbon or Cascais. The beach is very close, and you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the boardwalk into Cascais. Every hotel staff we interacted with was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and enjoyed it every morning.

The hotel was in a great location for short walking distance to nice local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner but not directly in a busy commercial area. Location is the biggest plus of the hotel, as you can, also, walk to the beach but a long walk with grades. Guest rooms could benefit from some updating. Staff is present on site but limited and not always easily accessible. I was disappointed that when a little late for included breakfast in the rate, that the restaurant staff noted that they would charge for the coffee that we requested just after breakfast ended. Also, there were several minor hiccups with elevator functionality, getting locked out of room and having to go to front desk 3 times to correct it, and bed / mattress discomfort.

Everything was fantastic; we really enjoyed our stay! The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the game room offers a wide variety of games to pass the time. The only downside was that the pool was too cold, and we had hoped to spend more time relaxing in or by the pool. Unfortunately, the kids couldn't stay in the water for more than a few minutes due to the cold, so we couldn't unwind poolside. Aside from that, it was a perfect vacation.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We loved the location. It is close to the tram station, Casino and great restaurants. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Great hotel apartment for family

The staff was great, our rooms was perfect for 5 people, 2 levels, kitchen, couple of balconies, 2 bedrooms, living area, 3 baths. Location good, plenty of on street parking nearby. great breakfast!

Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. When we arrived (which was early morning from an overnight flight), the person at front desk had no sense of urgency (though very nice). She said the current guests had until 12pm to check out. We waited hours by the pool and when 12:15 arrived, I asked her status she hadn’t even called them to let them know pending check out. My family and I were exhausted from a red eye flight so this was frustrating. Later. another manager apologized and said it wasn’t supposed to happen and offered us a complimentary meal at onsite sushi restaurant - which was excellent. All in all we would recommend this property due to location, suite size, cleanliness, free breakfast, beautiful pool, and (amphitheater) style tennis courts.

The facilities and accommodation were excellent but above all, the staff in all areas were friendly and couldn’t do more to assist when needed. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for its location, staff and facilities for anyone visiting the Lisbon area of Portugal.

Great hotel in Estoril! Wonderful location in a quiet leafy area, friendly and helpful front desk staff, spacious room, clean, very good breakfast and a gym. The gym is small and in parts a bit dated but it works. I can really recommend this hotel!

Beautiful place!

Beautiful hotel, spacious studio and extremely helpful staff. Fresh healthy variety for breakfast. Lovely pool! Extremely clean throughout. Ideal location to walk around and if fit 25 mins into centre of cascais. Safe, quiet and homely!

Wonderful place for especially for familes. We are a family of 6 (4 kids) and we always have to book 2 rooms but in this Hotel we had an apartment. It was spacious and perfect. The staff is amazingly curtious, always willing to help and pleasant. The pool area is beautiful with a bar and tennis courts just 4 steps away. They have a lot for kids to do as well. It's like a hidden gem.

We had a marvelous time in Cascais visiting old friends who came from Lebanon. The staff at the front desk were so kind and friendly and helpful, and the food in the Japanese restaurant was delicious. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Cascais, Portugal

20 mins nice coastal walk to centre of Cascais. 10 mins walk to Tamariz beach which is nicer than the beaches in Cascais as quieter, with facilities and restaurant. Hotel is lovely, pool is quiet and peaceful. Hotel reception and staff are very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and there's a sushi bar for lunch and dinner.
