Apartment accommodates: 2p/3p; 50m2; Beds: 1 Queen size, 1 sofa bed. Description: the renewed garden apartment (2019) is a perfect accommodation for a couple or small family. It has a living with an open modern kitchen, smart TV, internet, a bathroom with shower, a separate bedroom (with queen-size bed), but in the living an extractable couch can be used for an extra person or for kids (an extra baby-bed/cot is available). The apartment has its own terrace overlooking the garden and basket field and pool and has all the amenities you can wish for.
Excellent Internet connection (320Mbps). Work table and chair available.
Guests may make use of the outside BBQ, the OFYR outdoor cooking or Wood Fired (pizza) Oven, basket field, the pool and the outdoor bar.
Heating and laundry facilities are available at additional costs. We kindly offer the option of extra cleaning at 45 euros for stays longer than 7 days.
Pets are allowed at additional costs (20 euros per pet, up to one week stay) and only under good terms and conditions. Suitable for one or two/three people. Baby cot on request (25 euros) Cala Benirras is facing East.
