The apartment itself was wonderful. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. However, recommend you bring heavy duty ear plugs to sleep as the location is right in front of many loud late night bars.

Excellent location for the nightlife and dining options. Good location. A lot of walking still. But that’s Lisbon. The only issue we had was we paid for three nights and we only stayed two nights because of travel issue but I understand their policy. Great Fado restaurant two minutes away.

The property is in a great location in Barrio Alto, close to a bunch of dining the bars and places to see in Lisbon. My apartment was very spacious and clean and check-in/ check-out was very easy I would definitely stay here again next time in Lisbon.

It was good. Apt was clean and maintained by room service throughout. Hotel staff were nice and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Staff already had the pullout couch ready for my friend so that was considerate of them. I read about the noise from patrons from clubs and bars late nights, but the new windows in bedroom cancel all the noise, so no complaints overnight. Cable behind tv was broken at the end, so it was useless. Staff came to check it out & said they’d be back, but never came to fix it. Wi-Fi was also weak. Couldn’t connect with my iPad and was spotty on my iPhone. None of these really matter though, as we were able to adapt. We had a good time is what counts. We were close to many restaurants, landmarks, and scenic overlook.

Overall a great property in a great location for a great price. And despite being only minutes away from the bustling streets with many bars and restaurants, it was very quiet and felt safe and secure. The way the breakfast worked was clever, with the produce being delivered the day before and fresh bread delivered 8am to your door. Customer service was also excellent, had an issue with an extra payment on my card which thankfully got resolved if after I returned home.

Find another a better place for your money

If wasn’t for the the fact that we paid for three beds and we got a bed and an uncomfortable couch (we told them about they did nothing), if it wasn’t because you have little privacy since they come into the room to place your breakfast in the fridge (which you really do not need) and if it wasn’t because they mischarge you for the use of the mini bar, then you can start thinking to book this place. Also, I think the photos are a bit misleading. Last suggestion: before you leave the place take pictures of the minibar just in case. We were overcharged for a bottle of wine and a Pringle box that we did not take of course.

Absolutely fantastic spacious apartment. Breakfast daily delivery to your door was wonderful. Staff was excellent! Perfect spot if you are looking for fun & great bars. Short walk to Pink street for even more fun.

This property was an absolute surprise! The interior was everything you would want in a vacation property. Of all the great amenities in the room, the daily bread delivery in the bread bag is so creative and appreciated.

Apartment was clean. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. During the day, quiet area. But every night loud partying til 4 am. Even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks & snacks, but it’s extra. I feel in room coffee should be free. Reception communication is terrible. EVERY time I went in there no one was there. I had to call the outside line & tell them I was standing there, then they would show up 5 min later. Very strange. I asked for my room not to be cleaned until day 3 as I don’t like people in & out with all my belongings out. They said ok, the next day housekeeping was in there. Poor communication. Last day checking out, they said not to worry someone would be there, AGAIN no one there. We had a taxi scheduled as well, they had to call for one even though it was prescheduled?? Pros; full breakfast daily. Plenty of food and options. Relatively close to trams, Ubers are not allowed on the street there but taxis are. Couple of street over there a lot of cafes/restaurants

Right in the center with quick access. Rooms are comfy with complete noise cancellation windows, so very convenient. I stayed with friends and loved the place, very nice and friendly staff, and great service. This hotel is right in the middle of clubs and party happening place. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend this attractive apartment-hotel

This is a terrific place to stay and I highly recommend it! Each apartment has a well appointed if small kitchen, with all the tools necessary to prepare or reheat foods. A container with ample breakfast foods is delivered each day including breads, cheese and cold cuts , yogurt, juice and spreadables (no eggs). The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is helpful and responsive. Location is ideal and convenient!
