This property is great especially for a family of 4 with 2 young kids which was our situation. We loved the spaciousness. We also loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer ( one machine does both as is typical in Europe), especially coming off a prior week in Spain thus needing to do some laundry. The amenities are great and the location is closeby to all main attractions with short Uber rides. We would return here if we visited Lisbon again.

The staff was undeniable superior to staff i experienced. They assisted with car rental, attractions, airport transfer etc. My room was an apartment.. i couldn't think of anything more one could ask. It had everything I needed except for a personal butler.lol loved being able to walk through the neighborhood which housed locals and loved having a short Uber to downtown.

Super chilled place. I was there for 3 nights in June. Weather was good (a little windy, but it is on top of a hill). Room was clean and spacious. Aldi 10 mins walk away. Good amenities, GREAT breakfast. 12:00 check out is good ......I hung around for a bit after that. Would recommend

It´s a good hotel. Breakfast is good, rooms are spacious and overall experience of the hotel was good. The gym is very good and quite big and the hotel has a good sauna also.

Beautiful property. The room was very spacious. Huge balcony but no chairs to enjoy it. Dryer didn’t work on the washer dryer combo. Was a bad smell that came from I don’t know where in the bathroom everyime let the water out of the tub. Rooms need to be upgraded with smart tv’s. Some wait staff were somewhat clueless. Didn’t know what soup of day was. Brought our drinks but never ordered our food then after waiting for food was then told that the item I ordered was unavailable. Would be nice to have vending machines or snack shop on property. Only one elevator the whole time I was there. Spa was excellent. Car rental convenient, but I never used. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay again.

Love the spot. 13 Euro Uber drive to practically anywhere you want to go. Facilities are incredible. Indoor and outdoor pool with Jacuzzi's. Full service gym. And rooms have laundry, stove, microwave, refrigerator and freezers. The only down side is that you can tell the customer service isn't the passion of their staff. Also, their restaurant wasn't great. That said, I generally had no issues with getting what I needed. Overall, I'd definitely stay again.
