Nira House simplicity and luxury with exclusive pool and sea view

Nira House is a beach house that is located next to two stunning beaches (S. Julião and Foz do Lizandro), 25 minutes from Sintra with its magical monuments and 40 minutes from Lisbon airport.
It is a house that combines the simplicity of forms with the refinement of details with excellent views of the sea (a 10-minute walk from S. Julião beach), full of natural light, it offers the best of both worlds, the tranquility of countryside and sea air.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and in the living and dining room you can enjoy views of the pool and sea.
The outdoor pool is great for taking a dip (can be heated for an extra fee), well located on a large terrace to the south, with lots of sunshine that invites you to relax or play in the water.
It also has external furniture to support meals and a barbecue, an external shower and leisure and relaxation furniture next to the pool. Parking is free and next to the house, as well as you can use bicycles for beautiful mountain walks overlooking the beaches. It also offers some games, such as a ping pong table.
