This hotel was exceptional; beautifully clean throughout, modern decor & lovely rooms with air conditioning. The staff were all so friendly & helpful, they can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. We loved the terrace upstairs where we could unwind after a day out sightseeing too. The location is great, just round the corner to the metro, to take you three stops to the thick of all the shops & action.

Would stay here again. Staff brought us birthday cake & champagne to our room. We were surprised. They became like family. The food and drinks were excellent. Clean and spacious room. On arrival there was wine and tray of cheese and fruit. Location was great to walk around to shops and park. Wonderful experience and beautiful city and people.

Right from the start, the staff were extremely friendly professional, and very nice. They let us check in earlier than the check-in time because we arrived with an early flight. The location of the hotel is very on point as it is close to about two train stations and very easily accessible. The amenities were good and properties been paying very well. It’s very beautifully decorated and designed. I truly loved my stay there.

This hotel is located at a very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to different metro stations (red line and green line). Two supermarkets just around the corners as well. The staff is very friendly. We asked them to open couple bottles of wine that we got from the hotel as the welcome gifts.

Great little place to stay in Lisbon! I was there for only one night, but it had everything I needed for my stay. The room was well stocked and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was worried about noise, as I tend to struggle with noises in hotel hallways, but I didn’t hear a thing. Staff was also very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here in the future!

Great hotel with interesting decor in quiet area of Picoas. Easy to access Metro to get to other areas of Lisbon. Nice staff, great breakfast, and nice rooms. Beds were a bit stiff but not too bad where we would avoid staying again.
