The bathroom door (room 420) had swollen and wouldn't close because it was catching the floor."

"Very nice stay, location is very convenient for walking and starting tours. Everything was from one to 5 blocks away. Nice view of River Lee. Hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. My wife had a knee issue and staff were very helpful in getting ice and asking what they could do to help. Food was very good, had two dinners and breakfasts. "

"So much space! Modern and stylish, great location and staff was helpful in setting up Black Cab tour (highly recommend). Lots of restaurants right out the doors and walkable to many of the tourist sites. Felt like we were living in Belfast, not just visiting. Free laundry was a nice touch!"

"Pros: Lovely Hotel on the River! Front desk staff was very nice, Breakfast staff was very nice and the breakfast was Amazing! Free Parking and Beautiful Hotel all around. Cons: Shower is small, and the shower door doesn’t close well so water gets all over the floor. "
