"It was a wonderful stay with a charming small-castle atmosphere and the warm hospitality of the owner, Veerle. She welcomed us so kindly, introduced us to the kitchen area — which we later enjoyed using for coffee and tea — and recommended current events in Brugge such as Winter Glow. She even helped us buy tickets for the Dance Festival. She was like a cultural ambassador :) It was truly a lovely place to spend the last days of our honeymoon. "Clean modern open living space, very spacious and good value, was very automated so you could do things in your own time and privacy. Was like a mini apartment had a nice coffee machine, fridge and kettle, also felt like a hotel as had shower gels and hair washes and had other nice attention to details, was comfortable and 15 walk to the centre which was perfect as you had a nice walk that wasn’t too much, perfect. Would recommend the suite greatly to others."

"3 upsides...location removed from the Markt plaza noise and bustle; still very close and direct to some nice restaurant choices and sights; staff is very quick and helpful.....3 downsides, room to room and car noise could be better acoustically; no step in shower in our room only a high tub edge; limited individualized temp control of our room due to system design."

"We were able to store bags as we arrived ahead of check in time. Room was spotless, we knew it was going to be small but was well laid out and had everything we needed bathroom was nice, with large walk in shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the restaurant looked good. Nice pool which we used a couple of times. Would definitely recommend, great location also for central Bruges."

"The gym was nicely outfitted with free weights, elliptical and rowing. The pool looked inviting. Breakfast had a hot offering of hash browns, eggs, beans and bacon. The cold offering was bread, cheese, yogurt, cold cuts and cold cereal. Coffee machine for espresso etc. They even had champagne for mimosas Easily walkable to town"

"This historic hotel is very close to the centre but on a quiet street. The rooms are themed and ours was a former horse stable on 2 levels (sitting area downstairs and bedroom and full bathroom upstairs). The stairs between the 2 floors were a bit steep but manageable. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast (hot and cold buffet) was very good. We chose to park our car in the hotel parking garage (the hotel gave us several parking options). We were given the parking garage address and good instructions on how to find it and access it. We’ve never used a parking garage car elevator lift so that was a bit stressful at first. No problem exiting the garage once we’d mastered the lift. This hotel is clean and in a good location for those wanting to stay in a place with historic charm."
