"Really nice bathroom and room , AC was working really well! I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment there but currently renovation is underway but so close to M5 metro gets you in Milan in less than 20 mins"

"When I booked this hotel through Expedia, it was advertised as having a bar, restaurant, minibar, and room service. Unfortunately, none of this was available during my stay. There is no bar at the hotel, and after breakfast it wasn’t even possible to get a cup of coffee. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, despite the amenities advertised. The room window would not close properly, and the room itself was in need of a thorough dusting. I would also advise potential guests not to rely on the photos shown on the website, as they appear to be very outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel. Overall, I was extremely disappointed as the hotel did not match the description provided when booking. One member of staff in breakfast room was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. His name was Paul. Most of the members of staff were very polite and helpful. Think the owners of the hotel need to update and redecorate the rooms.. Maybe make the grounds more appealing... Otherwise it suited our needs...."

"1-The toilet was touch the Bathroom wall which you can’t set ( have pictures if you need) 2- there was no fan as mentioned in booking and the weather was so hot so you can’t sleep and when asked the reception for the fan , they said open the window!!!. 3- there was any material for shower or to wash your hand good"

"Room was good and staff was also helpful but a smell in corridors that can be reduced with little effort. Bed sheets were not changed on 2 nd day but housekeeping was done. On the whole it was better place to spend some days. One more remarkable thing that breakfast was really so so good ."

"massive and beautiful room, bed was an incredible size, great view and blackout curtains 100% work. Tv was small and off centre to the bed but wasn’t using it anyway so wasn’t a problem, shower was unbelievable best thing ever. only downside was not being able to use the mini fridge for personal drinks as it was so hot all i wanted to do was put my own drinks in there. the AC was great too always coming back to a cold room was great. train station was right beside it literally a minute walk which made the day run so smoothly, metro was only about 12 minutes away too which was also so helpful. 100% recommend and 100% will be back !!!"

"Dear Sir or Madam, Honestly, I come to this hotel several times because it is conveniently located near the Sesto San Giovanni Municipality. However, during my stays, I have repeatedly experienced maintenance and service issues. On a previous visit, there was a problem with the air conditioning, and another time the window would not close properly all night. During my most recent stay, the shower in the bathroom did not work at all. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of support from the reception staff. There always seems to be only one person at reception, and they often appear stressed and unresponsive. In addition, there seems to be only one maintenance person available, and they are very difficult to find when needed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both the maintenance service and customer support, because the hotel’s location is very convenient and I would prefer to continue staying there in the future. "The hotel seemed updated and was very clean. Our room was spacious. It was located quite a ways away from the downtown attractions, but there is a metro stop right across from the hotel. There is a restaurant on site that serves good food, but no other restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel does work with a small family restaurant that will pick you up and take you to their restaurant and then back to the hotel, and their food is exceptional! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."
