"Ours was a booking 24 hours earlier and there was a communication problem between Expedia and the host. However, with texts and phone calls, Jodie was able to accommodate us in an apartment, which was spacious and tidy. The helpful local contact person came over with additional towels and info. Written instructions and other information were available (except for the TV--we could not locate access to local live stations). The location (in the middle of historic Elmira) provided easy access to Elora and St. Jacob's. The Inn is in a historic house (with various uses since 1872), updated with bathrooms and amenities for a good overnight stay. Some rooms, including ours, are up one flight of stairs. Parking available on the premises. Shared areas and amenities seemed pleasant and adequately clean and accessible. This was a good value for stays in autumn in this area."

"Quaint little cottage. Nicely decorated. Pictures and description are accurate. Clean and comfortable. Kevin was quick to respond to all our questions. Met Echo who was just a great dog. Enjoyed playing with him. Wifi worked great. Would recommend to others for sure."
