Wonderful 2 night stay at The Parlour Inn. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend the restaurant. We had 2 dinners there and both were amazing - they offered Prime Rib on the Friday night and I have never seen such a big piece of meat done to perfection! The hotel is within walking distance to the centre of Stratford. We plan to stay here again when we go back to see some plays at the Festival. Nice that parking is free in their lot beside the hotel.

Best hotel I stayed at in a few years. It was quiet, the room was large with comfortable chairs for reading, nice shower. Everything I wanted to see was with a 5-15 minute walk. Staff were quite attentive.

Great service, both upon check in and in the restaurant the first night. We enjoyed having a suite, king size bed and having bathrobes at our disposal. TV was great and we were able to watch a bit of the Nitto tennis tournament. We walked everywhere we had to go: Cenotaph, Avon theatre, restaurants.

Inn is lovely but the rooms could use updates. Heating and cooling difficult to maintain consistent temperature. Dining room was beautiful- minimal breakfast options and challenging to accommodate an individual with celiac disease. The staff, however were lovely and very friendly

The desk staff were amazing! We loved Caleb as he was very knowledgeable and extremely polite. We had the Thanksgiving meal at the Parlour Inn Restaurant, and it was so amazing! Complements to the chef! The room was imbeccably clean as well.
