"A beautifully styled cottage in a super location, with stunning views across fields. Very comfy beds. The bathroom is very small, which makes bathing a child slightly awkward. Extremely useful to have the extra fridge/freezer in the outhouse. Easy access to the coast and not too far from the main A148 road to access all across north Norfolk. The neighbours were lovely and welcoming. It was a shame the welcome hamper cake was 1 month out of date, and that previous guests hadn't cleared...

"The Lodge has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. It’s modern and comfortable and overlooks fields so completely private with hot tub, fire pit and bbq all ready to use The Nags Head pub does good food and is walking distance. "Bright, spacious & in a lovely location. Perfect for 2 couples or family of 4. There were chocolates & wine on arrival. Uncertainty about check in details, because I didn't receive the code to the key lock. Luckily the property was unlocked & key was inside. Issue with guttering kept us awake at night due to heavy rain. The maintenance man attempted to fix it on day 1 & day 2 without success, but since we were only there 3 nights, we didn't bother ringing him on day 3. Also, nowhere to dry wet...

"We had a great week at Hollyhocks cottage. Good location for birdwatching at Titchwell marshes, visiting Sandringham and King's Lynn. Cottage had all we needed, owners were helpful and responded quickly to emails. We would recommend it."

"Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended"
