"We didn’t have any complaints with our stay. Everything was relatively clean. Breakfast was good. We did have an issue at check-in with our room key not working but staff was quick to work through the issue. It appeared that we weren’t the only customers with room key issues."

"We had a great room, fantastic location, quiet, private, beautiful lake view. The building floor plan is hard to navigate, especially if you have a long way to go with luggage. Better signage would help. Also I had no idea you are aligned with Choice, as a Gold member, it was disappointing not to take advantage of the discounted rates. I spoke to someone at the front desk, they were able to give me the rewards I am entitled to as a member. I feel the Choice alliance could be promoted more."

"This was a combo trip for us: 1) annual get together with local friends & fam, and 2) extended stay to attend the EAA Air Show with immediate family. Having stayed at many rentals over the past decade, Matt’s house is near the top of the list. Quiet neighborhood with great trails nearby. Or, take a quick drive to Green Lake or Ripon for several additional hiking areas to appreciate the history and beauty of the area.I agree with other reviewers re Matt’s prompt and friendly communications to ensure you completely enjoy your stay & the amenities provided. Tons of spices (bring basic condiments for your meals). Regular/conical and Keurig coffee makers. Bring your foil, parchment, ziplocks or Tupperware. Otherwise all else is provided.LOVE having a second fridge in the garage! Enjoy your coffee on the expansive deck to take in all nature has to offer. We enjoyed watching the deer, muskrats, eagle and chatty ospreys. Close to plenty of activities and resources, plus Matt has provided a great FAQ book for the immediate area. The layout of the home is excellent for both gathering and privacy. King bed on main floor. 2 bedrooms on opposite end of upper level for privacy another bedroom in lower level. Baths/shower on ea floor. Beds were quite comfortable. Zero complaints from a variety of prefernces in our group. Plenty of towels. Variety & plenty of pillows provided. Thanks, Matt, for being a gracious host & sharing your home! Hoping to book 2027 & beyond!"
