"No breakfast no cleaning done stains on walls just absolutely dirty I would never stay at this property and the washer was broken so I had to buy my own towels and throw my own garbage away, as well buy cleaning products to clean room and restroom, the hallways smell like garbage just really sad …."

"If you're thinking about staying at this property, do it! The house was everything you see and more. It was clean, large, comfortable and welcoming. The house has everything you need to feel at home. The pool is very enjoyable and a great place to cool off and relax. Communication with the owner is excellent. He replies to messages quickly and is very helpful. The welcome basket was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. We hope to be able to visit the area again soon and stay here again. "

"A good value stay. Was nice and clean, we slept well. The building is old but has been updated. We loved the neighborhood, lots of restaurants and things to do. The walls were very thin, we could hear the neighboring units, but it didn't disturb our sleep so it was fine."

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "
