I needed this after a long week. The pool is big enough for a few laps. The hot tub jets helped relax me, and the amount of chemicals made me feel okay about sharing the space with others. The sauna was awesome, not busy, relaxing. The shower in the room is very okay. The bathroom has no q-tips, or extra toothbrushes, the hair dryer did not work. It’s better not to look too closely at the trim or wonder why the carpet is somewhat damp. Yet The towels smelled good, the bed was comfortable, the pillows awesome, the sheets clean and to be honest I don’t care. I needed this. Also no vegan options on dining menu, but Whole Foods is three minutes away. I loved this experience. It’s got character and it was fun.

I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. The room was clean the smell throughout the whole hotel was amazing. The lobby was breathtaking when you walked in and it just felt comfortable like I was on a vacation far far away. Definitely downloading the app for Hilton and going to use Hilton going forward. I was blown away by this hotel, and we will be returning every time we go to Orlando.

If there were a way to order room service through the app to your room, I would have ordered a few times over my stay. I couldn’t figure out how to view the room service menu or how to order, but I loved my stay either way.
