Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"My overall experience was great. Just did not start off as I was hoping. On arrival I was not greeted with a welcome drink. The front desk staff were not welcoming and friendly. After checking in I was not given WiFi access or tour of amenities. I went to the front desk because there was no water in my room and had to Wi-Fi but the staff just said “the mini bar will be stock daily” she did not let me explain there was no water on arrival. However the resort was clean all other staff was nice, friendly, and welcoming. I did not let that spoil my experience. The food was good amazing."

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"I highly recommend this property! Staff was very nice and helpful. For an all inclusive property the food is amazing. The Japanese restaurant was delicious! I loved the swim up bar however I was disappointed that the dj ends around 5pm daily, That took away from the fun at the pool. I suggest the dj plays at least until sunset. But overall 10/10"

"The hotel was great and expected for the price. It’s a small resort, great food and great staff. We recommend going to sister hotel for cliff pictures if time allows and the all inclusive works at both locations. The beach was nice and maintained, you do have to wake up early to get a chair with an umbrella. The drinks were great and you can tell the bartender to make them stronger if you like but they were a little too strong for me. Overall great location and made a lot of vacation friends along the beach. Lots of water activities also nearby. The food was good, if you like similar meals with ingredients added or subtracted between each main meal, it’s not like the big name resorts but still pretty good."

El lugar transmite mucha tranquilidad y tiene espacios muy lindos para descansar y desconectarse. Queremos destacar especialmente a Tina, una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta y amable. Su servicio hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Un lugar que recomendamos para quienes buscan tranquilidad, naturaleza y disfrutar de un mar espectacular."

Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive

"We stayed at Riu Palace Tropical Bay for 7 days as a family of four with our 6-year-old and 3-year-old, and we had such an amazing experience! It was exactly the relaxing family vacation we needed. The resort was beautiful, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The staff truly made our stay even better. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was always clean and comfortable, and the entire property was very well maintained. The beach was absolutely breathtaking—the beautiful clear water, soft sand, and sunsets were some of our favorite parts of the trip. We also loved that there were plenty of activities for both kids and adults throughout the day, so there was always something to do when we wanted it. The food was very good with plenty of variety, and everything felt fresh and clean. With younger children, we personally found the buffet to be much easier than making reservations at the restaurants. Little ones aren’t always patient enough for a longer sit-down dinner, and the buffet gave us so many choices while keeping things easy and relaxed. Even the gift shop was incredibly convenient. They had everything from snacks and souvenirs to sunscreen, medicine, goggles, floaters, and children’s life vests—so if you forgot something, chances are they had it. Overall, we were more than satisfied with our stay. We were able to relax, enjoy beautiful weather, spend quality time together, and make some amazing family memories."
