"Staff was “ virtual”; never saw a staff in person!
The machine Asked for my driver’s license for ID; not my license tag;
Baseboards in room were coming off the walls in bathroom and one wall in bedroom; dirty!!
A bug on bedroom floor at 6:30 this AM!
Cigarette butts on sidewalk outside our room door!
Bed was comfortable."

The hotel staff is always very friendly, the rooms are very clean and there are never any issues to deal with. I could save a few dollars at other hotels but nothing compares.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and well-designed. The hotel staff was exemplary and very courteous, helping me with several requests while I was there. Definitely would stay there again.

Holiday Inn Express on Birch Street has become our regular place to stay when visiting in Greenwood. We go about every couple of months and find the hotel a good bargain. Staff are nice. Rooms are good.

The Inn on the Square was temporary home to quite a few hurricane evacuees and they went out of their way to make the environment homey and lively. The manager Clare is a dynamo who appeared wherever she was needed, always smiling. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional. The dining room is one of the best that I have seen. The food was fresh and well prepared with a nice range of selections at all meals.
Also it has a nice location in a small town rather than on a strip of...

Very nice area, very close to town, it was clean & well kept.. on down fall is there is no elevator, so the stairs we're a bummer..the check in girl at first wasn't overly friendly but after engaging in conversation she ended up alright. Over all very nice place. We will be staying in our next Union visit! For the most part I give 5 stars.
