"The hotel is clean and very well maintained. The rooms are small but that is expected. We loved the vibe of the boat. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion/complaint would be the bright lights right outside the windows. Black out shades would address that. "

"Staff was extremely friendly, and check in was a breeze. Beds comfortable, and although near a busy freeway, street noise was minimal. Only thing to note, room numbers were very small - I had to get out of my car and walk up to the doors to see a number 🙃 lol besides that - we'd happily stay here again!"

"We planned our trip around our daughter's 8th grade trip and hoped to complete the day with city lights. The Hyatt Centric surprised us with a fantastic,10th floor view of the cityscape, including the capitol. The receptionist was extra courteous, the music-themed room was luxurious (of course), and the location all added to our family vacation happy memories. "
