It suits the family mostly very well.We were pleased that the house was much cleaner on our arrival this year. Last year it seemed that it hadnt been cleaned after the last departure. The kitchen is great and well equipped however we noticed that the second draw still is not repaired from our previous 2 is fantastic that there is extra fridges for our food storage as well...very thoughtful idea! It would also be nice if the lawn could be treated for the bindis as you cannot walk on the grass without footwear! Overall we really do enjoy staying in the house and we overlook these minor things and really enjoy our stay!!! It was great to see a new couch this year as well as the last one was rather tired and was so much more comfortable..also maybe a regular pest control treatment would be appropriate as well as over the years we have noticed several mentioned we do enjoy our stay and look forward to it every year. Im not criticizing the property at all as it is perfect for our family just making a few suggestions that will benefit all the renters!! I am hoping to rebook again for next year!!"

"Great spot for young families with the big yard and large entertaining area Be prepared for midges. Two fire pits helped with that. Outdoor shower was the best! Felt like I was back in Bali"

"We loved the charming, comfortable cottage for our 5 nights on beautiful Straddie. We used local buses and managed to do lots. We loved the peaceful cottage environment, watching the bird life -Ospreys, Brahminy kites, Sea Eagles, also the koalas and roos and enjoyed the natural areas and beautiful trees around Amity.A few minor issues with coffee machine, kettle and wifi were promptly sorted by the managing agency.The written communication before a guest's arrival is bureaucratic and possibly hails from the Covid era - eg only one roll of toilet paper is provided! ( there were two).We loved the cottage and its environment. Highly recommended."
