Everything went very well feom the first communication to the check out.
The owner very friendly and accomodating with flexible time of check in.
The building is a very nice area with an amazing view on Makati. Very calm as well and all the COVID-19 measure well respected.
In addition, the staff extremely helpful and friendly.
They made my stay feels like home.

I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

The staff is amazing here and they go above and beyond. I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Their chefs also made us a special departing treat when they were notified in convo that we were leaving (Dom and Rizki). Amazing!! Rooms are spacious and kept clean with...

We stayed for 12 days and it was wonderful. Brrakfast was great. Shout out Chef Freddie. He did a great job of delicious food at Citron buffet. Shout out Ri-Arr and Cristian and Diane at Citron who took good care of us every morning.also shout out to Efren who did a great job taking care of our room.I will highly recommend this place. Will see you guys soon

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. A welcome plate with artisan chocolates and mini pastries where ready for me to enjoy on my coffee table. I would highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your visit in Manilla. A++++

I truely enjoyed my stay at ascott makati and so are my visiting friends and relatives.. our one bedroom executive suites is spacious nicely decorated.. just above Glorietta Mall Complex and next to SM mall.. our room is overlooking the pool on one side and on the other side the Glotietta 1 rooftop which connects holiday inn... with dinners selection we celebrated our relatives graduation at K-Pub BBQ and on another night at Moonshine restaurant.. highly recommended definitely will return again...

The room was immaculate. The bed was so perfectly comfortable that I slept better there than at home!
There are two cozy diners with good food at good prices on the same block. There's also a convenience store that's open 24 hours. Shopping malls are less than half a mile away.
Perhaps most memorably, the hotel staff treated us like royalty. Every one of them seemed eager to walk the extra mile to make sure our visit was enjoyable.

You will be very happy with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, it's close to the financial district, shopping malls, restaurants, mini marts, and the staff are superb. They are all really good but a special mention to the manager, Gabriel, Lester and Anna who really made the stay even more pleasurable.
