"When we arrived, there was a security desk instead of a reception area. We were informed that we needed a letter from the unit owner "approving" our stay. We needed to send copies of our passports/ picture ID ahead of time so we can get approval for our stay. I informed the security desk that we didn't receive these additional instructions and they replied that this isn't the first time that they have to deal with this issue.
