"Outstanding facilities and staff"

"Great hotel on the Bay in what I would call the downtown area. For the unaware, be advised that downtown is not the nicest part of the city, though. Too many touts on the street wanting to steer me to certain bars and activities. I just don’t enjoy being asked constantly “where you from, where you go, what you looking for?”."

"The hospitality extended to my family and I. From the moment we set foot on property hotel staff greeted us and trated us so well. Facilities were clean and well kept. Rooms provided an escape to rest. Despite being near NAIA, the rooms are quiet."

"The staff was very helpful. The food was very good, lots of variety. Room was very clean. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. Definitely will come back for future stays. "

"Super grand hotel. Lots of activity, great amenities, they take ALL the security measures, and you don’t have to look for assistance they are all over it. The place is well maintained and seems to be convenient to anything you would need. It’s priced comparable to other hotels in its class and area. The only criticism I have is the room was smaller than I prefer and their suites were booked, but they gave me a free upgrade. Housekeeper was 24/7 which was an huge plus for me. The live music in the lobby lounge was talented. Overall great experience I stayed a week. The food is a little pricey but that’s pretty normal for a 5star hotel. I was overall okay with it. "

"Room was clean, and was complete with all the things I needed during my stay. Its location was very nice as well, its close to a mall. The staff were courteous. They never failed to ask me what I need in the room especially the housekeeping guys. It was a pleasant stay all in all."
