We had the 2 bedroom suite room. Upon check in there were flies. On the 2nd day we found roaches in the main bathroom. Took a picture to show front desk. When calling the front desk, Charlene (char) from guest services had the worst attitude. I asked to be connected to front desk 4 times and finally had to go down to speak to front desk directly. All the other staff such as the security, bellhop, housekeeping and restaurant staff were the best. We probably won’t be staying at the makati location next time. The manager really needs to have a talk with Charlene about her abrasive attitude.

The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and ready to assist. The pool was a lot of fun, we had 3 kids and they had a blast. Property is very conveniently located to great shopping and great food options.

Staff was great…experience was memorable..room was spacious..my only gripe is changing elevators from ground floor then getting on another elevator to get to the room..everyone and everything was good…would stay there again.

Catherine the Great!

Catherine was really wonderful with her smile and friendly service during the breakfast buffet. Truly a 5-star employee.... I would definitely hire her as a team leader if she lived in my country.
