"This is my idea of the perfect hotel. It was beautiful, had so much character and life. The bar and restaurant area seemed to always have something going on and was a fun place to hang out. The room areas were nice and quiet. We barely saw or heard another guest even though it was booked. Staff were always cleaning and everyone was so nice and helpful. Our trip to Manchester was fabulous and staying in this hotel was the best part of a wonderful vacation. "

"Got great rate through Expedia for an inside room (no window), cost less than a taxi home. Loved the hotel, compact room was well designed, no frills but a great option for a one-nighter. Liked the communal coffee station by the lifts, such a good idea. Nice bar/cafe area, friendly staff. Would definitely stay again."
