This unit was just perfect for our stay. We had two couples. The room with the queen bed had a bath with a tub shower combo and the room with two double beds had a bath with just a shower. The unit has everything you need to eat a meal. Each room has their own TV. It has an amazing courtyard with a pool. Our free breakfast was bagged due to Covid, but it had a sausage or bacon egg sandwich, muffin, fruit and granola bar. There were also juices to pick from and coffee!

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a King suite before and after my ski trip. The room was big and warm. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter trip. This is my "go to" hotel each time I visit her because of the close proximity to restaurants and local stores to stock up on food and necessities. It is an hour away from our favorite ski resort, Keystone. I will be back!

The Patterson is the place to stay in Denver. The bed in the Biltmore room was the most comfortable bed we have slept in on the road or maybe even at home. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding Denver or other areas of Colorado. The presentation of the meals were just as pleasing as the taste. An absolutely sweet place nestled in the pines with great innkeepers. I had the Coyote Room which is an architectural and artistic wonder with original art and handcrafted furniture, oak floors and hand troweled plaster walls. Very cool. Great trails are right out the door and the proximity to Evergreen, Red Rocks and Golden is perfect. The breakfast was delightful and homemade. The feel is relaxing, unpretentious and welcoming.
