We had a great time during our stay at Good Vibrations. The property was very well appointed, clean, and very comfortable for our crew. The boat house and deck provided a great gathering point for fun in the lake and provided shade from the sun when we needed it. Fishing right off of the dock was great - and there was plenty of room for our 23’ boat as well. Monica was a great host with clear communication and very prompt response to any questions we had. All in all - a great experience and a truly lovely property. Highly recommend!

LKG Getaway

Beautiful home, exactly as pictured in listing. Very comfortable beds with high quality linens. Game room in garage was a big hit! Spent a lot of time outside enjoying the lake view at the dock. So peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Beautiful and relaxing lake house

Beautiful house, great floor plan and beautiful views from the primary suite. Huge en suite with walk in shower and separate soaker tub. Large vanity with room to do hair and makeup. Nice open floor plan. Hot tub was great and very clean. We enjoyed our time in the house and on the lake. We had no issues and everything was splendid. Definitely would consider renting again!

Spring break on the lake!

This is a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. The house is clean, modern, and well-organized with everything labeled for convenience. Our child and parents enjoyed the game room and dock. We had everything we needed and had a nice week of fishing and relaxing in the hot tub! I will say that it is tough to rent a boat in the off season in this small town, but we managed to do it, and had a great day on the water with the lake practically to ourselves!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Lake Gaston home. Kitchen was well equipped and I really appreciated the details on what was provided and what to bring. We enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, hot tub, and game room. Lots if great sitting areas to enjoy this wonderful property.

Family vacation

The property was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. The interior and exterior areas are beautiful and well maintained. We all had a blast just fishing off the dock. We shall return.

Great week at Lake Gaston

Family vacation

Friendsgiving

I rented this property as a part of our friends weekend and this place was great. It was clean and smelt fresh as you walked in. The hot tub was relaxing, (yes we got into the hottub in November.) The view of the lake was priceless. WE LOVED IT!!!

Great home and location

Monica was great, very easy to communicate with, and made this a seamless process. The home was lovely, and the location was nice. The cove is quiet and relaxing, with many amenities available to us. The home itself was spacious with great views of the lake. Game room was great as well for all of us. Beds were comfy, the bathrooms spacious, great deck to relax for morning coffee, and the hot tub was the cherry on top We will be back, and have already told a few families about this house.

Great house

Love that we could bring our furry family members as well! Sometimes pet friendly homes aren’t the same quality, but this house was gorgeous. We brought a couple sheets to put over the couches to help keep things clean. Master suite was huge, but the views during every meal from the dining room of the lake were amazing.

What a lovely home!

This house was immaculately clean, wonderfully organized and my family had a great time. My kids really enjoyed having a separate upstairs to themselves and we all had a great time in the game room. Watching the sunrise and reflect off of the lake was beautiful and sitting on the dock and looking up at the stars gave our days perfect endings.

Wonderful relaxing holiday vacation

This was our second time at Monica's and it lived up to all of our previous memories. The views from the house are incredible, and only beat once you go outside and enjoy the hot tub, deck, yard, or dock. Our pre-teen and teen spent countless hours in the game room. The house is set-up perfectly for a relaxing family vacation. Thanks, Monica!

Our family had a great time at Good Vibrations. Everything was neat and organized, which we truly appreciated. The house has all that is needed for a fabulous stay. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Family loved the dock. Games as well as kayaks, paddle boards provided. Excellent communication. We have been renting for awhile here at Lake Gaston and this is a favorite. Hoping to rent again in the future.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely sunken tub in Master Bedroom. The kitchen was very organized and well stocked. Large Samsung TV was nice. Dining is very comfortable with large table and ample chairs. The converted garage to a game room is very inviting. Boathouse is a big advantage if you have a boat. Hot tub was also greatly appreciated.

Good Vibrations is the perfect name for this home !

Sometimes the photos of a property isn't always what you get once you're on the property, but not with this home! The photos don't do it justice ! The house, garage/game room, yard, and especially the dock house had everything you could want for your family. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children made special memories over meals in the dining room and outside deck table, and we couldn't keep the littles out of the game room, we caught fish off the dock, along with paddle boarding and kayaking. Everything needed to keep a family busy and happy was there. It was very clean and the host could not have been more accommodating. If we visit Lake Gaston again, this is the home we will book ! Oh ! And the sunrise from the dock is worth getting up for.

Good Vibrations

Very nice house. Very clean! Beds were all comfortable, which is often hard to find at a lake house. The garage transformed into a game room is a really nice addition. Espicecially for teens! The view is beautiful. We have been renting houses at Gaston for around 10 years because we keep a boat at Eatons Ferry. The boat dock easily accomidated our boat. Plenty of shaded seating area for a relief from the hot sun. Monica is extremely organized and everything is labeled with clear instructions. Having sheets and bath towels included is very helpful, because most houses we have rented charge extra for those. Definitely 5 stars.

Another Wonderful Vacation

This was our second summer at Good Vibrations. The only thing that made this stay even better than the last one was that walking into the house this time felt like “coming home”. Everything needed for a wonderful and relaxing vacation is there waiting for you. The house was spotless. Everyone reported they had comfy beds and slept well after a long day on the lake relaxing in or on the water. We brought our pontoon and my daughter brought her wake boat. The boat house easily accommodated them both. Another plus is the public boat landing is very close by. We cooked some great meals in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed dinner together every night. I am already making everyone promise to come back to Good Vibrations for a week together next summer.
