The staff was great, but I went downstairs in the morning to get a cart for my luggage and there was none available. The hotel only has two. The front clerk said that someone would bring the cart to my room so I took the elevator and got stuck in the elevator and had to call the emergency number and wait to get out. I’m glad that I did not panic!

Horrible billing system. I ended up with pending charges for the full amount of the room, plus the actual charges for the full amount of the room on my credit card, for 4 rooms total, with stays of 4 - 8 nights. I have never experienced this type of billing and I stay in hotels at least 150 nights per year. At the next hotel, I asked about the process, and was assured that the hotel did not charge this way. They also noted that they had never heard of this type of situation either. Although I would stay again with my next visit just based on the hotel, but with this crazy billing, I will choose another.

Not safe for work trucks!

While I was there, for the second year in a row, multiple work trucks were broken into and their tools were taken, this happened on Tuesday and Wednesday night. 2 nights back to back and also last year when I stayed. Even though they were not my trucks, I feel that Holoday in and the state of California should be doing something to protect the contractors doing work in the area.

Had a wonderful stay here, it was just my mom and I after dropping my son off at camp. I would totally stay here again. Although, I would suggest not doing away with all the bathtub showers. I had my elderly mom with me and it would have been nice for her to take a bath.
