"Front desk staff appears to enjoy their job and it helps with the strong customer engagement. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom I stayed at was top notch, this was probably the cleanest even though not the newest of about 10 highly rated properties I stayed at in Harrisburg area in past 2 years. I don't know if this is Hilton keeping up high standards for their location or just this local team exceeding Hilton standards."

"This property was under construct however the staff, Manny in particular, were fantastic. From the welcome goody bag, to the dining recommendations and the help getting our laundry done past the work zone, we had a great stay. Our room was old and obviously had not been renovated, but was clean, quiet and comfortable. "
