Clean and very well appointed room, but up steep stairs. Was woken at 3 by someone trying to get in the room. twice! Hot shower and well equipped kitchen for tea and coffee. The cafe underneath is a little oasis in the area. Room is overpriced for the area - it’s basically a house converted on a boarded up road into separate bedrooms, and had to pay for taxis into and out of Liverpool and breakfast in the morning.

Location superb, cleanliness superb, price superb, finally someone in the hospitality business has got it right on the nail, clean, basic but provided the things people need, kitchen with all amenities, iron and board and all at the right price.

The apartments are above the cafe, it was quiet except at 0820am when the security shutters went up,for them to open, then conversations were heard outside whilst staff were having smoke breaks.location is good for bus no 82 in & out of city, washing machine,oven,fridge/freezer, microwave, dining area to sit & eat, steep stairs to get up to apartments, ours wasn't serviced,we stayed 4 nights, would have appreciated fresh towels 1/2 way through,but us ozzies shower twice a day, wifi good, 😑

Cheap living close to airport

Room was clean. Close to Liverpool airport and south parkway train station. Loud noise from rooms close to mine. Bad insulation against sound. Breakfast served from 8.30 in morning weekends, to late if you going early with train och airplane. Hot temperature in room. No AC

Great value for money

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Was perfect for a nights stay before our flight from Liverpool Airport which was only a 5 minute drive away.

Nice clean and functionable space. Bed was quite uncomfortable, mattresses felt a bit old and ended up with back ache a bit. Staff friendly and check in/out simple and effective. No fuss stay with all basic needs covered. Really nice cafe with lovely staff underneath. Good breakfast.

Served its purpose

My friend and I stayed in Cargo Cafe Apartments for 1 night when we were up in Liverpool for a music festival. The room had everything we needed and was clean, but the walls were very thin so we were woken up a few times by other guests. It was a comfortable stay though and the staff were very friendly.
