"The staff members were the highlight of our stay, absolute credit to the guesthouse. Complementary breakfast - tea, coffee, toast, cereals, fruit juices which was great. I have to say the room and building in genereal are looking a bit worn and could do with a bit of a deep clean and freshen up. The mattresses and pillows really need an upgrade, the sheets are very thin but all smelt clean. Very close to Anfield stadium, we walked and took 30 minutes, driving there 5 minutes. "Stayed here 2 years ago and gave it 8/10. The property has dilapidated a lot since, particularly the corridors and stair cases. The worst things about our stay was the state of the en suit bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. The toilet rim was covered with a black substance so had to clean it ourselves - no idea what it was (the pic was after flushing twice). And the toilet seat was loose. Hairs were everywhere and the shower cubicle hadn't been cleaned for a long while so wasn't used. And...

"Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading."

"The page on this website is very misleading. None of the 58 pictures are of anywhere remotely similar to the accommodation they are meant to represent!!! This is in the heart of terraced, urban Liverpool without any hint of greenery, and none of the photos are anything like the place! This impression overwhelmed any other, and was the source of my disappointment... this needs to be rectified so that future guests know what they've paid for!"

"If you want somewhere that bit more chilled and off the main party zones this is the one for you. Great service, the place was immaculate, everything you could possibly need in the apt. Could not have asked for more and friendly Liverpudlian at reception. Chinese, desert shop, Turkish and supermarkets all at your door step. I e will definitely be back again! "
