nice room

Despite being right in the very centre of Liverpool the staff were so helpful in making access and parking easy. They were so helpful! And room was nicely laid out and efficient.

Room was fine. But the no staffing is definitely an issue. A 3rd party to send us the info to get into the building is definitely challenging when you are from another country since you have you call someone to get this info. That being said after the phone call took a few minutes for them to send an email with the codes. Does get a little noisy the building next store often has singing/preying around 11-1amish but some ear plugs work fine all and all good location for the price

Great free breakfast and welcoming and informative staff.

Very welcoming & great service. Room was clean and everything worked just right. Also in a good central location in the city.

We booked 2 quadruple rooms. Both rooms were large and comfortable. Amenities were great, added bonus of an iron and hairdryer. Easy, straightforward check-in.

Location was great for our stay

Parking easy, rooms in good condition
