Private Pretty courtyard with outdoors seating area, totally secure, fenced + gated.
Private entrance + Pin code to open the gate,

South West facing sunny Court 🌞
Black out blinds + black out curtains at the windows + door.
0.9 miles walk to the Royal Liverpool Golf Event 10 mins walk.
Coffee shop bang opposite plus plenty more bars shops restaurants etc straight out of the property.
