Cozy Gem in heart of historic Livingston, Montana

Located just steps away from historic downtown Livingston, this newly updated 1 BR, 1 Bath apartment makes foot exploration easy! Just steps away from Livingston's various local restaurants, shopping and night life. If you feel like taking an evening stroll along the river, the Yellowstone is within walking distance and offers ample views along the way. Actual address provided upon rental.

This cozy, upstairs apartment offers a fully stocked kitchen, newly updated bathroom with a tub and a comfortable queen sized bed to lay your head after a long day on the road. Renter is responsible for snow removal from stairs in the winter months. Shovel provided.

The home is centrally located between Yellowstone National Park, Big Sky and Bridger Bowl ski resorts. If you're info fly fishing, you have come to no better place!

There is a 3 night minimum on all reservations. Weekly and monthly rates available upon request! Just use the ask the owner button below.

Though we love them, no pets allowed. Enjoy your stay!!

Please note there is only a smart TV and renter is responsible for there own streaming apps. No Cable or Satellite TV.

We enjoyed having a few days in one place to rejuvenate, do laundry, and prepare for our last leg of our vacation. The area is great with restaurants, farmer's market, and we enjoyed the Lewis & Clark Cavern Tour. Thank you for sharing your home. Everything was clean and comfortable for a great stay!

Livingston 2nd Street Carriage House

Great little place to stay. Very cozy & clean everything is so close. Very comfortable beds and pillows. If we have to come back to stay in Livingston we will definitely be looking this place up. Very ideal if it’s just you or you and your spouse.

Fabulous stay in Livingston. Apartment had everything we needed and host was very communicative. Free parking was a breeze on Clark Street. Walking distance to everything you’d want in downtown; shops, bars, the river!
