Primary Bedroom One bedroom contains a work from vacation space complete with a 32” 4K monitor. Feel free to bring an HDMI cable to connect your laptop (this monitor can also be used as a Smart TV for streaming). Next to the bed there are lamps on each side with usb connections for convenient charging. Living Room In the Living Room you’ll find a 65” 4K Roku TV that you can sign into Netflix, Hulu, or any other streaming services you normally use (high speed internet included) and hidden around the room are games, puzzles, books, and more to keep yourself entertained. Two convertible chairs are located in the living room and they each fold flat into a twin sized sleeping arrangement (2 sets of legs fold out and please use the supplied sheets/comforter located in the bedroom walk-in closet) expanding the guest capacity to 6 (due to the size and low clearance of the arrangement these are recommended more for kids, but can be used by anyone). Other Things To Note If you need the Pack 'n Play Portable Crib or Highchair please request this ahead of time and we'll have it ready for you.
If you would like to book a timeframe that is available and does not meet the minimum requirements for a specific month feel free to reach out and we will see if we can accommodate it.
This condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator, so stairs must be used to get to it. See attached floorplan for specifics.
Pictures were taken before custom Top-Down/Bottom-Up blinds were installed allowing you to set your preferred privacy level while ensuring that you can still enjoy the unparalleled mountain views.
Construction is still taking place around the unit. The condo is insulated incredibly well and noise should not be a problem.
There is one doorbell camera that will be on for your security. It only views the exterior hallway

This condo was perfect for our stay in Montana. Spacious and cozy with a beautiful view. We will definitely consider this place again when we come back to Montana. Communication with the host was great as well.
Very spacious, clean and in a great location. Kenny was great at checking in on us to see if we needed anything. The condo had everything we could need. Very easy to access and park. Balcony is a good size too. Definitely will stay again.
My senior mom and I enjoyed this tastefully-decorated, open, clean, well-stocked condo during a family wedding week. It's a convenient location between Yellowstone and Bozeman, with Livingston just 5 minutes away. The farm and mountain view from huge windows in every room lets you know you're in beautiful Montana. Kenny's communication was excellent, and I would highly recommend this lovely condo!
Kenny is an amazing host, with great communication. The condo was impeccably clean and well appointed, with many small things that made it like home. The views of Paradise Valley were amazing! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed for a home away from home. The building was quiet and perfectly located in Livingston. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We stayed in this condo to access Yellowstone so my kids, 2 and 5, could make memories with their grandparents. It was perfect for the six of us. 1400 square feet felt like a lot. The place was clean and cared for, had everything we could need, and the wildlife that was viewable off the back deck was a wonderful way to start and finish a day. I highly recommend this condo if you’re looking to stay in the area.
Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything we needed for a family of four. Check-in and check-out was really easy and communication with the host was great.
We loved our stay, the place was perfect for a Yellowstone base camp! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Kenny was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be back. Jeff L.
The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, nicely furnished, and with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Located 5 minutes from Livingston and shops, bars, restaurants. The owners could not have been more accommodating. Would highly recommend!
Loved this place. It is just like the pictures except in person it is more spectacular. Everything you would need if you wanted to cook at home instead of going out and there is a grocery store within walking distance. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had and the check in process was great !! I highly recommend this rental !!!
Great hospitality from the host! Spacious and clean condo! Everything you need for a great vacation!
Pros
- GREAT views from every room!
- Comfortable beds
- Nice full kitchen
- Close to Yellowstone and Bozeman
- Spacious, clean and well-organized
- Great Balcony
Cons
- No blackout curtains
- Low shower water pressure
- No King bed
The condo was perfect! When we arrived the condo hadn’t been properly cleaned after the last guests left. Our host was very apologetic and had the cleaning crew come to clean the bedsheets and wash the towels. They didn’t do it right…again! Our host offered to have them come again and fix the issues the next day, but by that point we had corrected most of the issues ourselves. Our host is hiring a new cleaning service going forward. The place is a newer build, in a perfect spot for access to all that Livingston has to offer. We fly fished for two days, enjoyed the local restaurants, and even enjoyed the local natural hot springs nearby in Pray, MT. We will definitely be back!
The whole experience was amazing, beautiful place with a beautiful view. Loved everything! Definitely plan on coming back, and would love to stay at this place again.
First of all host, Kenny is a terrific host! Any questions or concerns I had he addressed immediately. Very accommodating. I loved the property, airy light, comfortable, safe, any kitchen item you needed was available. Although the North Entrance to Yellowstone was not open to the public at this time, this is a great location. Livingston, is a nice small town, good food and friendly people. Would stay at this property again. Thanks again to Kenny for making this a wonderful vacation.
Kenny thought of everything. He made it so easy for us to experience Montana for the first time. The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the proximity to the charming town of Livingston.
