"This property is showing its age for sure. It's fine for a place to sleep, but the carpets are heavily stained, the wood edges worn on cabinetry, and the bathroom floor was just not that sanitary looking and the tile grout needs some TLC. The tv remote was so overused that much of the white lettering was worn away, so it was a guess using it. There are no wall plugs near the head of the bed, so couldn't plug in phone and have bedside. But is it worth the price? I would say this is a "get what you pay for" situation, but the kicker was that I stayed in the PI Avimore the night before, and it was in obvious better condition.... Clean, modern/remodeled, updated linens and bed, and the same price. Not fair comparing the two really, but hey...same brand a car drive away. Upside of the area is that there is a fairly new Starbucks, McDonald's and BP right next door. Convenient!"
