The location is amazing, relaxing and beautiful. The staff is great. The taxis services are good, but the most expensive I encounter during my trip to Africa.

What a beautiful old world hotel. No detail was left out. Lovely greeting in the reception area and they came to you, not you going to the desk. Manager greeted each and every guest. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. Within walking distance to the Falls. On the way home, on the path, I counter giraffes, monkeys, baboons and zebra ! Highly recommend

Tongabezi is amazing!! I stayed for one week and didnt want to leave. Had a great time, the view is amazing and sunset should never be missed. My wife used the spa and it was first class.

It was nice to stay in an environment I can call a second home! The grounds were clean, the room was perfect. All was clean. Why stay at a hotel when you can stay at a very nice property like this one. It is close to all the amenities, restaurants, etc. The prices are also excellent. Gloria has a nice team and manages the property well.

We stayed at the Zambizi Sun in August of 2010 for three nights. We chose it after extensive research and advice from a tourist agent in South Africa. It was a fantastic stay. We booked the comfort chalet room but was given a double standard room instead. They have double booked by accident. I still kept the 5-star rating because 1.) The price for both were the same anyway 2.) Even established hotels make the same mistakes with double-booking. 3.) The staff, especially Priscilla and Imelda took exceptionally good care of us! Very underrated place, amazing staff, great place to stay

Awesome spot for a great price! Really good scrambled eggs in the morning. Just got to book a Yango to get there, or rent a car, but I'd recommend downloading Yango (like Zambia's Uber) before you go. And have cash to pay the drivers; the credit card feature on Yango is weird.

It is a little bit far from central town but quietness and Value for Money is great

This place was a bit out of town down a rough dirt road, yet well worth the price beautiful cottage style resort with small bar acting as service desk. Great breakfast and clean rooms, wifi was low as in rooms yet worked great in lobby.

I stayed here for our vacation for 3 nights. We truly felt at home thanks for Patrick and other staff's kindness and hospitality. Room was clean and comfortable, with AC and fridge. They have a beautiful garden, pool and bar, too! It was far beyond our expectation and value for money!
