"We arrived with a reservation for four for a fixed price. Once there, they told us the price was for one person, when it was clearly stated in the confirmation email that it was for four, not once, but twice. They refused to let us in for the confirmed price, so we were stranded at 11 pm, at night, because they breached our contract. "The Tierra Viva Puno Plaza was an excellent hotel and I would recommend. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We arrived very early and planned to just put our belongings behind the counter while we did a day trip but they let us into our room! Also, they saw it was my birthday on my passport and delivered a surprise cake to our room! It was close to city center and we were able to watch a local festival. I would recommend!"
