"Booked because of the spa, such a disappointment. Tiles missing out of the steam room, only noticed as it wasn’t working, not one shower in the spa area working, had to go into changing rooms to shower down after sauna etc. water fountain not working. Changing rooms not much better, locker had key code locking, difficult to find one that actually worked, hair drier not working either. Such a shame it’s being run down as could be stunning."

"The rooms at this hotel are always immaculate, not just in terms of cleanliness, but the decor, too. Beds super comfy. Staff helpful. Pleasant ambiance in bar area."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. If it had a lick of paint and a new carpet here and there it would be even better. The staff were very willing to please and a small issue we had with our bathroom lock was fixed within 30 minutes of check in. Nice spa facilities - although more than 5 people in the pool would be crowded! Would return. "
