"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "We found the property very easily as good instructions had been given. The property was well appointed and welcoming. We were able to do the two things we wanted: getaway and chill"

Although the room was overall very clean, the dark carpet had obvious bleach spills and stains all over, and new carpets were definitely needed.
