"Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay soooo much! We are a bunch of six ladies (childhood friends) having a long over due catchup weekend! All we wanted was a hot tub so we booked this little getaway. They were so accommodating, a welcome bottle of procesco waiting for us, chocolates, hot chocolate, tea and coffee as well as having a box of thing in the cabin in case you forgot them, like paracetamol and new toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner which we thought was just a lovely touch! "Lovely weekend stay in the Shepherds hut. Comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. Beautiful and peaceful location. Great shower. All the facilites required in the shared kitchen area. "

"The hut on the hill is stunning, as is the barn. The owners Mandy & David provided everything you could possibly need. Fresh white fluffy towels & dressing gowns/ eggs/ milk/ cake/ bread and a bed/ bowl/ leads& treats for our dogs. The hot tub was a wonderful temperature. The bed was comfy and the shower & loo brill. "Our experience was perplexing from the start, with directions so inadequate that we had to ask the way. When we arrived I was attacked by geese at large in the grounds. Despite profuse apologies from the owner's wife, and the geese then confined to a wired pen, the owner said he wouldn't be lectured, walking away when I offered some advice on the facilities. "What a fabulous couple of days we had staying in Betty. It was amazing just to be able to decompress in such a beautiful spot. Quiet -we didn’t actually see a soul the whole time we were there. Betty has everything you can possibly want from a comfy bed to a power shower. Lovely walks near by. We shall be back!"
