"Fantastic service from the owners, they made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and that was coupled with a great view. Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need."

"We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable."

"Where do I start? What a gem of a find. Situated 3.5 miles from the Elan Valley visitor centre with off street safe parking and beautiful gardens. "I arrived later than should for check in due to delays but was still able to book in. The room was very clean with a lovely big comfortable double bed. There was tea and coffee in the rooms plus a television which was an added bonus. The shower room was extremely clean and the shower was lovely and hot. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. "

"This chalet is just perfect, everything about the stay I could't fault. As it is the only chalet on the property you get complete privacy and your own field for activities with a lovely pond to walk around too. The lack of wifi is actually amazing and feels like a real getaway. The hot tub and firepit kept us entertained all evening anyway! "Lovely friendly hotel, service was fabulous, we stayed with three young children and felt very at home here. They especially loved the swimming pool and the buffet breakfast. Dinner is served a bit late for children (6pm) but we enjoyed exploring the local area to find somewhere to eat. We stayed in a family room and there was plenty of space, we liked that there were two separate areas within the same room. "
