The room was very clean and Sue, the host, went out of her way to accommodate us regarding parking. Breakfast was superb and very plentiful, you could even ask for more if needed. All the staff at breakfast were very polite and helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

Great sea views. close to all amenities. Short walk to the pier. Cooked breakfast was excellent. We stayed in the big family room that had comfortable armchair = only slight change would be not to have carpet in the bathroom. Staff (Sue) were helpful all the time

After a very welcoming and smooth check-in I settled on to a most comfortable room (which incidentally was serviced daily during my one week stay). The breakfast was outstanding and really set me up for a day exploring the area. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance and a very good bus service (even offering a reduction to English and Scottish bus pass holders).

Great location and we were lucky to park right outside. Room very clean with comfy beds. Family room with sea view. Ideally located to explore Llandudno. The best thing in my opinion is the breakfast if you like a ‘full Welsh’! Lovely selection of fruits and cereals to start too. Would definitely recommend.
